The Journey from Bangkok was cool and uneventful, The Emirates flight was fine and we landed on time, I found transfer desk, got my ticket and had my check on bag retagged, then boarded the slightly delayed flight from Hong Kong to Shanghai about 830pm.

We took the Helicopter to Macau, the flight was all of 16 minutes but offered some amazing views of Hong Kong and the surrounding islands, you could see hundreds of ships and got a good view of some of the more industrial areas on the outskirts.

Continuing on with my Asian business oppotuinities fest, the journey out of Shanghai was fun, we decided to catch the Maglev train, which was very clean, bright and comfortable and hit 431 kph (268 mph) for a short time on the trip to the airport, which was so fast as it shot past houses and trees [...]
